Naturally, her roots led her to pursue a career in tourism. Her passion drove her to further her education, specialising in Tourism Business Management and Administration, building a strong foundation in the industry.
With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, Ana has developed a career defined by operational excellence, process optimisation, and the continuous enhancement of guest experiences.
As Director, her mission is to oversee the operations of La Casa de Pantano, YOUNG Hotels’ properties, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and service. Her leadership is centred on innovation and the creation of unique guest experiences, contributing to the brand’s growth and positioning in an increasingly competitive market.
