Naturally, her roots led her to pursue a career in tourism. Her passion drove her to further her education, specialising in Tourism Business Management and Administration, building a strong foundation in the industry.
With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, Ana has developed a career defined by operational excellence, process optimisation, and the continuous enhancement of guest experiences.
As Managing Director, her mission is to oversee the operations of YOUNG Hotels’ properties, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and service. Her leadership is centred on innovation and the creation of unique guest experiences, contributing to the brand’s growth and positioning in an increasingly competitive market.

Ana was born in Alcoy, a city in the interior of the province of Alicante, but her love for the sea and warm climate led her to establish her home on the Costa Blanca.
Graduated in Protocol, Event Organisation, and Institutional Relations, and specialising in Marketing and Communication from the Catholic University of Valencia, Ana began her professional career six years ago in the fields of digital marketing, corporate communication, event planning, and public relations, working at a communications agency for various clients.
However, three years ago, she unexpectedly discovered her passion for the hospitality industry, to which she has been dedicated ever since.
As Marketing Coordinator at YOUNG Hotels, she will be responsible for planning the sales strategy, as well as managing and optimising all communication channels and brand promotion across its establishments.

She is passionate about archery and the mountains. She relishes the sense of freedom that comes with riding a motorcycle, exploring new places and landscapes. She also has a deep love for animals and nature.
As the Financial Controller at Young Hotels, she’s the responsible for overseeing and managing all the financial aspects of the company, ensuring that operations are aligned with accounting and financial policies.

Júlia was born in La Vall de Laguar, a small village in the inland region of Alicante.
She holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Alicante. As part of her studies, she completed an internship at the Oliva Nova Golf & Spa hotel, part of the CHG group. Later, the same company hired her as a sales representative, a position she held until the pandemic.
Júlia always dreamed of working in a small hotel, where she could provide a more personal and familiar experience for guests. Almost four years ago, she made that dream a reality when she and her father, Julio, founded the rural hotel La Casa del Pantano—a charming accommodation that has brought them both professional and personal fulfillment.
Now, she embarks on a new chapter as a receptionist at Young Hotels, where she will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and welcoming stay in this special place.

Born in la Ribera Alta, polyglot, diplomatic and dynamic. The sincere attention and his experience in the high standing sector have led this young man to be part of this team.
He has language skills in up to eight languages, five of which he is fluent in (French, English, Italian, Spanish and Catalan). In addition to being a waiter, he is also knowledgeable about the area and the best tourist places to enjoy a full stay.
On the other hand with almost thirty countries visited and university studies related to philology and literature, his search for knowledge has led him to develop social skills in order to have sincere and quality interaction, providing an efficient service.
