Where hospitality meets everyday life
Set between The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, in Reijswijk, YOUNG Learning Hotel exists at the intersection of work, learning and living. It is surrounded by offices, institutions and urban movement: a place that is always active, always connected.
This is not a traditional hotel environment. It is a living system: rooms, co-working spaces, a café, and shared areas where people naturally cross paths. Guests, professionals, students, and interns share the same rhythm: arriving, working, pausing, continuing.
The hotel also functions as a training ground for hospitality, where learning happens in real time and service is delivered by both professionals and future talent. Nothing is staged, everything is real.
It is where a hotel stops being a place to stay, and becomes part of daily life.

Some things cannot be learned in a classroom.
You can study service. You can read about operations. You can learn hospitality theory.
But true hospitality is learned by being there.
- By solving real problems.
- By working with real guests.
- By being part of a team.
- By taking responsibility.
A six-month immersive programme for students and young professionals who want more than a traditional internship –
rotating through Front Office, F&B, Events, Young Coffee, Guest Experience and Support Operations.
Real guests. Real shifts. Real responsibility. You don’t shadow: you become part of the operation, mentored by hospitality professionals in live environments.
