YOUNG HOTELS launches in Dénia

YOUNG, the Dutch investment group based in Valencia, makes its debut in the hotel sector with the opening of its first property in Spain under the YOUNG Hotels brand, located in La Vall de Laguar.

Starting from April 1st, guests will be able to enjoy the first accommodation from the hotel group, which focuses on key locations and premium facilities, ranging from luxury villas to boutique hotels.

YOUNG Hotels has recently acquired La Casa del Pantano, a rural hotel in the inland region of Marina Alta, nestled in the heart of La Vall de Laguar. This charming establishment, featuring seven rooms, is set between the two mountain ranges that form this picturesque valley.

Just weeks away from its reopening, the hotel group is finalising the construction of two stunning independent villas adjacent to the main building, each with a private jacuzzi. YOUNG Hotels is launching an ambitious project here, aiming to build up to twelve independent villas in the hotel’s surroundings, thereby expanding its accommodation capacity. YOUNG Hotels Denia also offers spaces for hosting both social and corporate events, along with a Mediterranean-style restaurant, which will also open its doors to the public next month.
